We offer two different hot pot experiences at Ushabu. First, our namesake, shabu shabu, the Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water. The term is onomatopoeic, derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot and served with dipping sauces

Secondarily, we also offer tsukemen, a ramen noodle dish often referred to as "dipping noodles". Tsukemen is served as a bowl of steaming broth, with your choice of meats and vegetables, as well as cold noodles, meant to be dipped into the broth, and devoured warm.
